Elevated grocery list recipes

1. Baked Lemon Herb Chicken + Green Beans + Roasted Potatoes

Uses: Perdue chicken breasts (BOGO), Publix green beans ($1.99) or Pero Farms, Potato Inspirations BOGO
How to make:

  • Season chicken with lemon, garlic, salt, pepper, and avocado oil.
     
  • Roast chicken at 400°F for 22–25 mins.
     
  • On another tray, toss potatoes with rosemary + salt + avocado oil → roast 25–30 mins.
     
  • Sauté or air-fry green beans with garlic + butter (or ghee).
    Clean, easy, high protein.
     

2. Elevated Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry

Uses: Chicken breasts, green beans, Birds Eye vegetables (BOGO)
How to make:

  • Slice chicken thin, pan-sear in avocado oil.
     
  • Add veggies and green beans.
     
  • Season with coconut aminos, garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes.
     
  • Serve over cauliflower rice or alone for low-carb.
     

3. Apple-Chicken Harvest Bowls

Uses: Chicken breasts, Autumn Glory apples (BOGO), green beans, potatoes
How to make:

  • Bake diced potatoes until crispy.
     
  • Sauté chopped apples in a tiny bit of ghee + cinnamon + salt.
     
  • Pan-sear chicken in garlic, rosemary, salt.
     
  • Build bowl: potatoes + chicken + apples + roasted green beans.
    Tastes like fall but still healthy.
     

4. Chicken Salad With Apples & Greek Yogurt

Uses: Chicken breasts, Autumn Glory apples, Chobani Zero Sugar Greek Yogurt (BOGO)
How to make:

  • Shred cooked chicken.
     
  • Mix with chopped apples, celery (if you grab some), salt, pepper, garlic powder.
     
  • Stir in Greek yogurt + a little Dijon.
     
  • Serve on: romaine boats, Siete tortillas, or over greens.
     

5. Green Bean Chicken Skillet (One-Pan)

Uses: Chicken breasts, green beans, potatoes
How to make:

  • Slice chicken thin → cook until browned.
     
  • Add halved potatoes + seasonings + a splash bone broth or water.
     
  • Add green beans and cover until all is tender.
     
  • Finish with lemon juice + parmesan if you like.
     

6. Blueberry Greek Yogurt Parfait

Uses: Blueberries (BOGO), Chobani Zero Sugar (BOGO)
How to make:

  • Layer yogurt + fresh blueberries.
     
  • Add grain-free granola or nuts.
     
  • Drizzle a little honey if needed.
     

7. Sheet Pan Garlic Chicken & Green Beans

Uses: Chicken breasts, green beans
How to make:

  • Spread chicken and green beans on a tray.
     
  • Season heavily with garlic powder, paprika, lemon, salt, avocado oil.
     
  • Bake 25 minutes.
