For this, I would probably replace the shredded cheese with double cottage cheese because processed cheese like that is harder on your digestive system, + my body hates lactose.
I would use lactose-free milk and cottage cheese for this! Great breakfast and high in protein to start your day!

My BF & I love eating Greek food, but sometimes the oils and additives they use aren't good for us all the time, so I will be trying this Greek bowl at home and making my own tzatziki.
I feel like this would be a fun one to add to the weekly rotation.
